From project conception through to construction and handover – our team consistently delivers exceptional outcomes.
With an outcome-focused approach to project delivery and a multi-disciplinary team, we consistently deliver value through all phases of a project.
Our team of Engineers and Designers on the front end, work hand in hand with our Project Managers, Construction Managers, Site and Safety Managers on the ground in the implementation phase.
Our bespoke project management software integrates all aspects of our budgeting, cost reporting, facility management, change control, payment certification and help-desk issue reporting to provide our clients with real-time management information. This efficient tool allows changes to happen instantly and promotes efficient administration of the project.
iEDM have developed a quality system which is in accordance with ISO90001 and designed specifically for our industry – incorporating internal standards, guides, ITP’s and checklists to ensure that each project we deliver is of the highest standard.
The types of projects we have delivered include:
Integrated construction management services with early engagement in planning and design is the most efficient model of project delivery.
Our integrated approach and subject matter experts in the event, entertainment and sports industries allow iEDM to add maximum value to the entire project lifecycle when engaged through to the delivery and final handover of the project. However, we also have the capability to integrate into an existing Clients team to plan and oversee the construction of a venue or event.
iEDM’s project and construction management teams work seamlessly with our site managers and our safety managers to ensure an efficient and effective interface between planning and construction.
We have developed a quality system and a suite of compliance and project delivery documentation which has been specifically developed for our events and sports projects.
iEDM have developed a safety and contractor management system which has been developed to meet the specific and unique requirements of the overlay construction industry, while meeting the requirements of the Harmonised Work Health and Safety Legislation. iEDM can act as Principal Contractors for our Client’s in order to effectively and efficiently manage their work health and safety risks.
iEDM deliver more than $40M of sports overlay projects each year and have developed strong long term relationships with the contractors and suppliers in the Australian market.
Strategic and transparent procurement is an essential part of delivering successful programs and projects.
We believe in a procurement process which drives value for all parties in the supply chain and embraces long term partnerships between our clients, suppliers and ourselves.
This process must be transparent, clear, honest and detailed. We have extensive experience delivering efficient and effective procurement across private industry and Government projects under a range of procurement strategies.
The cost estimation of both temporary and permanent infrastructure is an integral part of early project investigations.
The on-going management and control of these budgets is essential due to the variable nature of the environment in which events are held.
Because our multi-disciplinary team has access to in-house designers, quantity surveyors, construction managers and engineers, we have the ability to quickly, effectively and accurately cost projects and manage to the particular budget.
Recurring annual events typically own and store a variety of assets which need to be actively monitored and managed.
These assets may be critical engineering infrastructure (ie bridges) which require a high level of competency around the ongoing maintenance, or other less critical but equally important items such as signage and marketing equipment.
iEDM can manage this infrastructure on behalf of clients, from lifecycle planning, to planning efficient storage and transport solutions to providing advice on maintenance and lifecycle costs to ensure there are no surprising costs.
