Our project control and quality systems have been developed to provide our clients with accurate real-time reporting and integrated functionality which enables efficient control processes. This includes our in-house eBase project management system – a tool used to for contract, scope, change and financial management.

Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit Upgrades

Since 2022, iEDM has been managing critical infrastructure upgrades at Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit to meet MotoGP safety regulations. Following feedback from FIM after the 2022 event, major works were undertaken across the circuit, including at Turn 1, Turn 11/12, and the Pit Straight.

2022 FINA World Championships (25m)

In 2022, the 16th FINA World Championships (25m) were held at the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre (MSAC). This prestigious international event required extensive temporary infrastructure and logistics solutions to accommodate athletes, media, and spectators.

FIFA Women's World Cup AUS & NZ 2023

iEDM was honoured to be selected by FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023 Pty Ltd as the Overlay Managing Contractor for the competition venues in Australia, including the prestigious International Broadcast Centre.

FORMULA 1 ROLEX AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX 2023

Each year, the Albert Park Lake precinct undergoes an extraordinary transformation as it prepares to host one of the most exhilarating motorsport races in the world. In 2023, the event surpassed all expectations, boasting the largest attendance in history and surpassing the record-breaking numbers of 2022, with an incredible 444,631 fans across the four days!

I have been fortunate enough to work with the iEDM team on multiple projects and have enjoyed their solution focused approach to work and their willingness to collaborate with all areas of the business. They have consistently delivered the largest sporting event infrastructure build in South Australia on budget and on time.
