iEDM was conceived to better service the sports and events industry by creating a company which has the professional capabilities to design and deliver large-scale projects, whilst being focused enough to provide industry-relevant solutions.

Over the years, we have developed systems and tools to add value and excel in the delivery of fast paced, special projects.

Our Facility Management Software, is where we started and an example of how we integrate our contract administration, financial and change management to the all-important reporting.  Beyond this we recognised another opportunity to add value and streamline process, which led to the development of our bespoke Risk Management Software, designed specifically for event projects. 

This is now being used by customers such as the Australian Grand Prix Corporation and Supercars Australia.  

We have held a very important certification against ISO 45001 – Occupational Health & Safety, for some time.  Recently, we have also obtained system certification for ISO 9001 – Quality Management, and verification of compliance against ISO 31000 – Risk Management Guidelines.  This was all driven by a desire to instil faith and trust into our Clients, that we are managing their projects with integrity, transparency and in line with internationally recognised best practice.

Further than our accreditation for Quality, WHS and Risk Management, we have also integrated sustainability best practice into all our project systems and reached certification to the ISO20121 Sustainable Events Standard. The certification to this international standard further demonstrates to our clients, staff and our stakeholders our commitment to the consideration of people, planet and prosperity throughout our organisation and our projects.
