OVERVIEW

iEDM was engaged by the 2017 Rugby League World Cup to design and deliver the temporary infrastructure required to host 3 international fixtures at Barlow Park, Cairns.

The Barlow Park venue was planned to host approximately 15,000, including one double header.

The venue was planned to host approximately 15,000 patrons in an existing athletics facility, which was transformed into an NRL broadcast standard stadium for the 3 games.

iEDM provided a turn-key managing contractor solution for the Rugby League World Cup. We provided temporary grandstands, amenities, merchandising, big screens, services overlay, traffic management and security.

We are very proud to have played a part in this prestigous international event.
