OVERVIEW

iEDM supported Moreton Hire to deliver over 30,000sqm of marquees, HVAC and Temporary Structures for the GC2018 Commonwealth Games.

We provided scheduling, planning, client reporting and compliance management support to Moreton Hire to deliver one of the largest overlay scopes for the 2018 Games. iEDM provided MH with a senior Project Director and 5 individual cluster project managers to assist the smooth planning of the scope and allow MH to concentrate on the enormous task of delivering the logistics and construction.
