iEDM, with Mark Skaife, was commissioned by the WA Department of Sports and Recreation to develop the original motorsport concept masterplan for the $15 Million upgrade, including internal pit lane and facilities design, V8 Supercar paddock layout, track safety improvements and speed curve analysis to assist the WA based design and construct team.

Since 2022, iEDM has been managing critical infrastructure upgrades at Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit to meet MotoGP safety regulations. Following feedback from FIM after the 2022 event, major works were undertaken across the circuit, including at Turn 1, Turn 11/12, and the Pit Straight.
In 2022, the 16th FINA World Championships (25m) were held at the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre (MSAC). This prestigious international event required extensive temporary infrastructure and logistics solutions to accommodate athletes, media, and spectators.
iEDM was honoured to be selected by FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023 Pty Ltd as the Overlay Managing Contractor for the competition venues in Australia, including the prestigious International Broadcast Centre.
Each year, the Albert Park Lake precinct undergoes an extraordinary transformation as it prepares to host one of the most exhilarating motorsport races in the world. In 2023, the event surpassed all expectations, boasting the largest attendance in history and surpassing the record-breaking numbers of 2022, with an incredible 444,631 fans across the four days!
